     Twice - Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium baking potatoes, baked
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop our flesh carefully. Place skins on baking sheet. In mixing bowl, mash potatoes and add bacon, butter and sour cream. Mix well. Spoon mixture into skins and top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
