     Creamy Baked Potatoes

4 baking potatoes
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese

Wash potatoes and prick with fork. Wrap in paper towels and microwave on high for about 8 to 10 minutes and turn once. Split potatoes, scoop flesh in bowl, but leave 1/2 inch on skins. Mash potatoes, mix with butter, sour cream and cheese and place mixture in potato shells.
Tip- To keep potatoes warm, place in 275 degree oven.
