1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash - brown potatoes, thawed
1 onion, chopped
2 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. IN large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, soup and sour cream. Pour into sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
