In a food processor, combine garlic, parsley,
herbs, bread crumbs and parmesan. Pulse to combine
and then drizzle in olive oil. It needs to be the
texture of a crumble. Add the juice from the
tomatoes if too thick. Cut the tomatoes in half
and lay crumble mixture on top of the tomatoes.
Sprinkle lightly with olive oil and salt. Bake
about 35 minutes or until tomatoes are very soft
and crumble is golden brown.
