4 slices ham or Canadian bacon, fully cooked, divided
Instructions
Preheat broiler. Broil chicken breasts 4 inches from heat for 4 minutes. Turn chicken over and broil for 4 or 5 minutes or until tender. Cut cheese slices in half, place half slice on top of each chicken breast and top with ham or Canadian bacon slice. Broil for 30 seconds and top with remaining half slices cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
