Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine Creole seasoning and corn flake crumbs. Brush chicken with buttermilk and roll in crumb mixture. Place chicken in sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
Tip- To make buttermilk, mix 1 cup milk with 1 Tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar and let milk stand for about 10 minutes.
