Sprinkle chicken with a little pepper and paprika and brown in 12 inch skillet with a little oil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Transfer chicken to plate and keep warm. Add soup and 2 cups water to skillet and mix well. Heat to boiling and stir in rice and green peas. Top with chicken breasts, cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
