Heat oven to 375F. Break up cookie dough into ungreased 13x9 pan. Press into bottom to form crust. Bake at 375F for 12-15 min or until golden brown.
Remove partially baked crust from oven. Arrange candy evenly over crust. Return to oven, bake an add'l 3-4 min. or until candy softens. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix cereal and nuts.
Remove pan from oven. With spatula, quickly spread candy evenly over crust. Sprinkle evenly with cereal mixture, press in slightly. Cool bars 30 min or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
