Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness with meat mallet. Cook chicken in butter in large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Remove to serving platter. Stir jelly into pan drippings and bring to a boil. Stir until smooth. Spoon mixture over chicken.
