Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup lime juice
1 (1 ounce) packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Season chicken with a little salt and pepper and place in sprayed shallow baking dish. Combine lime juice, salad dressing mix and butter and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 additional minutes.
