     Hot Fudge Cake

Ingredients
1 Cup of self riseing flour
8 TBS of cocoa divided
1&1/2 Cups of sugar divided
2 TBs of butter
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 Cup of milk
1 &2/3 Cup of boiling water
Ice cream or whip cream optional
 

Instructions
In a medium bowl sift flour together with 3 TBs of cocoa. mix in 3/4 cup of sugar. Add butter, pour in milk and mix together well. Add the vanilla, mix and set aside batter.
In an 8 in pan mix remaing 3/4 Cups of sugar and remaing cocoa. Add boiling water. Stir together.
Sppon batter into mixture. DO NOT stir. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Serving Suggestions
May serve hot with ice cream or allow to cool slightly and top with whip cream
