In medium skillet, cook beef over medium heat 5-7 min, stirring occasionally until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Reduce heat and cook uncovered 2-4 min, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed
In large bowl, mix sour cream dip and salsa. Stir in beef, bacon and olives. Gently fold in tomatoes and lettuce.
Divide salad among plates and sprinkle with cheese and chips.
