Ingredients
8 cups packed basil leaves
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. toasted pine nuts
2-4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
Blend basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt in a food processor until almost smooth. Stir in parmesan cheese.
I use this mostly with pasta and on pizza, but the possibilities are endless!
