     Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground chuck
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
2 (16 oz) cans tomato sauce
3 small cans tomato paste
10 oz. lasagna noodles (11 noodles)
2 (12 oz) cartons cottage cheese
 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded

Instructions
Brown meat slowly, drain. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer until thick, about 45 mins. to an hour, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender.(8-10 mins.)
Combine cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients.
Place 1/2 the noodles in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread 1/2 the meat mixture, then 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture, then 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 mins.
Serving Suggestions
Let stand 10-15 mins. before serving.
