slice the sweet potatoes into approx.1/4 inch slices and place on
foil sheet. mix all the other ingredients in a bowl. brush onto each
sweet potato slice. lightly salt the tops with sea salt. place on
grill and cook on medium for approx. 5 minutes on each side.
