     Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon dried oregano
8 - 10 new red potatoes, halved
1 (16 ounce) package fresh baby carrots
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking pan, combine soup, oregano, potatoes and carrots. Place chicken breast halves over vegetables and season with a little salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
