Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine mustard, honey and dill. Arrange chicken quarters in sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spoon mustard mixture over chicken. Turn chicken over and make sure mustard mixture covers all sides of chicken. Bake covered for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes.
