     Cheesy Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 (20 ounce) package frozen hash browns with bell peppers and onions, thawed
1 Tablespoon mninced garlic
2 - 2 1/2 cups bite sized chunks rotisserie chicken
1 fbunch green onions, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Add a little oil to large skillet over medium high heat and cook potatoes for 7 minutes, turning frequently. Add garlic, chicken, green onions and 1/3 cup water and cook for additional 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Serve immediately right from skillet.
Tip- it's usually cheaper to buy fresh vegetables and cut them up yourself but sometimes it's just so much easier that it's okay to rationalize buying the packaged vegetables. hash browns and bell peppers and onions is a prime example.
