Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Boil cutlets in enough water to cover until all pink is gone. Drain and coat with seasoned breadcrumbs. In sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish, place chicken and top each with about 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce and heaping Tablespoon parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes. Place cooked spaghetti on serving platter and top with cutlets. Sprinkle remaining cheese over cutlets. Heat remaining spaghetti sauce and serve with chicken and spaghetti.
