Heat oven to 350. Boil your spaghetti noodes according to package directions.
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese until they are blended together.
In a saute pan, cook your ground beef on medium heat, stirring as needed until brown, then drain grease. After grease is drained return the pan to the burner and stir in spaghetti sauce. Add bayleaves and additional seasonings (optional). Add to your taste, the mixture should be a little over seasoned as the noodles and the mixture will balance it out perfectly. Add grape jelly (optional) this cuts the bitterness and makes the sauce a little more sweet. Let your sauce simmer on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Next, slice a half stick of butter and add the peices to the bottom of a casserole dish. Then layer half the noodles, then half the cream cheese mixture, half the cheese, half the meat sauce spreading each as they are added. Your next set of layers should omit the cheese until the end. So, layer the remaining butter, noodles, cream cheese mixture then meat sauce spreading each as they are added.
Bake in the over un-covered for 30 mintues Then top with remaining cheese. Bake for and additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Let cool for 10 minutes. Slice into 6-9 portions and serve.
