     Cardamom Carrot Cake

Ingredients
(250 ml) sunflower oil
(350 ml) sugar
(400 ml) finely grated carrots
3 eggs
(400 ml) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
 
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2- 1 cup chopped walnuts
200 g melted cooled butter
200 g cream cheese
3 dl (300 ml) powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla (sugar)
juice and zest of one lime

Instructions
To do this- Beat oil and sugar. Keep the carrots in the batter. Add one egg at a time. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Fold in egg mixture. Bake in the form of 20-24 cm for 35-40 minutes 200 degrees. (400 farenheit)
Topping- - (optional; a dusting of powdered sugar is nice too) - When the cake has cooled, and distribute it over the cake.
