     Fruit Pie

Ingredients
1 lb Crisco (vegetable)
5 1/2 c. flour - 1/2 c. flour for flouring board/rolling
3/4 c. very cold water
1/8 c. or 1 TBS vinegar
1 egg
 

Instructions
- Mix egg - vinegar - water - Cut shortening into flour; put this mixture in the fridge. 15-20 min. - gradually add the liquid; work it lightly in your hand - if it feels sticky, add more flour -form together in seven balls for small pie- six for bigger. -put balls in fridge - roll out with parchment paper in between (optional) - can freeze - put pastry into pie plate
Filling- BLUEBERRY- - 3 c. blueberries - 3/4 c. sugar (adjust depending on fruit...) - 3 TBS corstarch or flour - mix into fruit - place pastry on top
