     Island Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayo
2 T Ketsup
2/3 T Horshradish Sauce to taste (Boar's Head)
1T white vinegar
2 t sugar
1 T chopped onion
3 T sweet pickle relish or sweet salad pickles
1/8 t kosher salt
dash or two of pepper
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except 1 T sweet pickle relish in bowl.. transfer to blender. Blend. Put back in bowl and add 1 T sweet pickle relish. Place in covered bowl in refrigerator for several hours or over night best... Great on fish, fish sandwiches, Rubens, crab cakes...
