     Cantonese Stir-fry Sauce

1/2 Cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp white wine
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp corn starch
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp scallions
1 1/2 Tbsp ginger grated

Combine first 7 ingredients, stir until cornstarch dissolves.
Add olive oil to wok over medium/high heat for 30 seconds. Add scallions and ginger and stir-fry about 15 seconds.
Add cornstarch mixture and bring to boil.Stir constantly to prevent lumps, about 2 minutes. Pour into bowl.
