1 lb smoked sausage or Italian cut in bite size pcs.
1 lg onion diced
3 ribs cellery diced
2 quarts canned tomato
3 T brown sugar
dash salt
3 c cooked macaroni
Instructions
Brown sausage in lg frying pan. Add onion and celery. When tender add remaining ingredients and let simmer.
Add macaroni at the end and heat through. Sherri puts this with rice pasta to makegluten free.
