     Bean Salad

1 can snap beans
1 can wax beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can english peas
1 can red beans (rinsed with cold water)
1 can baby lima beans (rinsed with cold water)
1 bell pepper - chopped
1 purple or vidalia onion - sliced thin
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 tablespoon salt
3/4 tablespoon pepper

Mix all vegetables in large tupperware or glass container with lid. Mix last 5 ingredients in separate bowl then pour on top of vegetables. Secure lid then invert container several times to mix all ingredients. Place in fridge and let sit overnight. Keeps for many days and flavor improves with time.
