     Baked Mac n Cheese

Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package elbow macaroni
2 cups milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 teaspoon onion salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 pack of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup soft Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup butter
 

Instructions
Preheat oven @ 350 degrees. COOK macaroni according to package directions. Set aside.
PLACE milk, flour, onion salt, and peppers in a quart jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously 1 minute STIR together flour mixture, 1 1/2 cups cheese, and macaroni
POUR macaroni mixture into a greased baking dish Sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs and remaining 1/2 cup cheese; drizzle evenly with melted butter
BAKE for 45 minutes or until golden brown
Serving Suggestions
I served with jerk chicken and sauteed mixed vegetables
