Rub the pan with garlic and with alittle of butter. Put the cheese salt and pepper together and slice the potatoes really thin.
The levels are all the same excapt the last one, potatoes, parmesan and peices of butter. last level will be potatoes the stock that we have got, butter and the reminding cheese.
Cover with foil and cook on 350F for about 1 hour, then uncover and cook for another 45 mins.
If you want you could let it cool down in the fregeder and then reheat so the cheese will melt again.
