Pour cereal into a large bowl. Combine butterscotch chips and coconut oil in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for about 30 sec and stir, microwave for another 30 sec or until chips are melted (don't over-cook). Pour melted chips over cereal and stir until coated. Toss with powdered sugar to coat. Store in an airtight container
