     Slow Cooked Beef Stew

Ingredients
1-pound bag baby carrots
1-1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast, cubed
2 med. potatoes, cubed
1 (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of tomato soup
1 cup water
1 (1.5 oz.) envelope beef stew seasoning mix
1 chopped onion
1/2 pound fresh green beans, cut into pieces
3/4 cup celery, cut into pieces
 
1 can broth, chicken or beef

Instructions
Cut carrots in half crosswise. Place beef, all cut up veggies in slow cooker. In a bowl, whisk together soup, water, and seasoning packet. Pour over beef and veggies. Add broth.
Cover and cook: Low-8 hours OR high-4 hours.
Makes about 3 quarts.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with cornbread or homemade biscuits. Yummm.
