     Spinach and Feta Chicken Sausage Fettuccini

Ingredients
1 pkg al fresco Spinach and Feta Chicken Sausage
1 jar Classico Light Alfredo sauce
8 oz fettuccini pasta
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 chopped onion
1 Tbsp chopped rosemary
1/2 julienned sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
 
1/2 c crumbled feta
9 oz fresh spinach

Instructions
Cut sausages on a diagonal, 1/4 inch thick. Cook fettuccini. Drain, reserving 1/4 c of cooking water.
Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over high heat. Add olive oil and saute garlic and onion for 2 mins.
Add sausage, saute 3-4 minutes. fold in pasta, rosemary, tomatoes and cheeses. Add alfredo sauce and pasta water. Simmer 8-10 minutes.
Toss in baby spinach and stir to mix well. Serve immediately.
