     Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 egg
chocolate chips (optional)
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degreees.
Scoop balls of dough onto pan. Flatten with a fork dipped in water.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not overbake.
