Ingredients
1 PACKAGE YEAST
3 C. WATER
2 t. SALT
4 & 1/2 t. OIL
8-9 C. FLOUR
 

Instructions
SPRINKLE YEAST OVER WARM WATER AND LET STAND 5 MIN.ADD SALT AND OIL. ADD FLOUR TO MAKE STIFF DOUGH AND KNEAD 10-15 MIN.
CAN USE IMMEDIATEL OR REFRIGERATE FOR UP TO 3 DAYS. IF PUT IN REFRIGERATOR LET COME TO ROOM TEMPATURE BEFORE USING.
MAKES TWO 10X15 PIZZA.
BAKE CRUST AT 300 FOR 5 MIN TILL LIGHT BROWN ON BOTTOM. ADD TOPPINGS AND BAKE 10-20 MIN TILL BROWN AND CRISP.
