I keep a couple cloves of garlic in olive oil, so I always have some
garlicy oil around. Otherwise, slice up garlic and mix with oil for
the bread.
Brush bread and peaches with the oil and grill until toasty
remove from the heat and layer bread, cheese, basil, grilled
peaches and then drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar.
Heavenly!
