Ingredients
Garlic Balsamic Butter-
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Carmelized Shallot Butter-
2 shallots, finely chopped and cooked in 1 tsp oil 10 min.
Green Butter-
1/3 c blanched herbs in salted water
 

Instructions
Mix any of the above ingred. with one stick of butter. Use butter coins in roast chicken, soups, and chicken stock. Put a coin on a steak as soon as it comes off the grill or in a hamburger patty before cooking.
