Ingredients
1 recipe smoked brisket
1½ c beef stock
½ tsp horseradish
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 bay leaf
 

Instructions
Simmer stock with horseradish, garlic clove, and bay leaf over med. heat 15 min. Remove garlic and bay leaf. Serve brisket on baguettes with au jus.
