Ingredients

 1 pint orange, or any flavor sorbet
-
 12 large gingersnap cookies
 
Instructions
Spoon sorbet onto one cookie, top with another cookie. Repeat until cookies are gone. Wrap individually in plastic wrap, and freeze until firm. You can also freeze them in a container instead of wrapping.
