     Trail Mix Clusters

Ingredients
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (I'm substituting peanuts)
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dried cherries or blueberries
 

Instructions
In a large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Stir in all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper lined sheets and refrigerate until firm. Store in refrigerator.
