     Simple - But Not Plain - Hummus

Ingredients
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 can chick peas (15.5 oz.) - half drained (keep 1/2 liquid)
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 T. tahini
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
2 T. olive oil
 

Instructions
Place chick peas, lemon juice tahinii, garlic and salt in blender or food processor.
Blend until it's creamy and well mixed.
Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl.
Sprinkle with pepper and pour olive oil over the top.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with vegetables, crackers, or pita bread.
