Applesauce Oatmeal Walnut Cookies

Ingredients
-
 1/2 cup honey
-
 1/2 cup brown sugar
-
 1/2 cup oil
-
 1 cup applesauce
-
 1/2 cup chopped nuts
-
 1/2 tsp salt
-
 1 tsp vanilla
-
 4 cups quick oats
-
 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
 
Instructions
Beat oil, honey and sugar together until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop form teaspooon onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes, or until nicely browned. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
