Peel potatoes; cut into quarters. Combine flour, cheese, pepper, and salt in bag. Shake potatoes (a few at a time) in bag, coating well with cheese mixture.
Place potatoes in a layer in 9x13 inch pan in melted butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for one hour, turning once during baking.
