     Emerald Salad

Ingredients
1 (3 ounce) package lime - flavored gelatin
3/4 cup shredded cucumber
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup blanched almonds
 
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Refrigerate until slightly congealed and then add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until set.
