     Blueberry Maple Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
1-2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup blueberries (or more)
 

Instructions
Rinse a 1 cup jar. Add the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and the maple syrup. Close the jar with the lid, and give it a good shake to combine the ingredients. Remove the lid, add the blueberries and stir them in with a spoon. Close the jar again and place it in the refrigerator overnight or up to two days. Eat chilled.
