For the cookies-
Combine flour and salt, set aside.Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, lemon juice and
lemon zest.Stir in the flour and beat well, then chill. Make small round balls with the dough, slightly flatten it . Bake in a 350 degrees F preheated oven onto an ungreased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Dip the cookies in lemon glaze or drizzle on top.
