Mix all ingredients (use a very big bowl) and pour
the mixture into shallow pan (I had to use more than
one).

Toast at 275 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes, or until
golden brown. Stir occasionally.

|
Turn off oven and let sit in oven for 30 minutes.
