     Homemade Baked Granola

Ingredients
10 cups rolled oats
2 cups wheat germ/ground flax seed
2 cups coconut
1 cup dates
1 cup raisins
1 - 2 cups brown sugar
1 cup sliced almonds/ pumpkin seeds/ or other nuts
1/2 cup vegetable oil or extra light olive oil
1/2 cup honey
 
2 tsp. real vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
Mix all ingredients (use a very big bowl) and pour the mixture into shallow pan (I had to use more than one).
Toast at 275 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir occasionally.
Turn off oven and let sit in oven for 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Breakfast as cereal. In a cup for a snack.
