     Chicken, Potato and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 pounds)
1 1/2 pound Yukon gold potatoes (about 3), peeled and cubed
3 carrots (1/2 pound) coarsely chopped
3/4 cup Italian dressing
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken and vegetables in large baking dish; drizzle with dressing. Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with cheese.
