     Sausage Breakfast Casserole

4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 lb shredded mozarella cheese
8 eggs
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 lb sausage
1 cup cubed ham (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix melted butter and hasbrowns and spread in 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake hashbrowns for 10 minutes. Brown sausage and drain grease. Mix sausage and ham and spread over hashbrowns. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, Worcestershire Sauce, milk, and cornstarch. Pour mix over meat, top with cheese. Bake casserole for approximately 45 minutes or until browns.
