Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix deer burger and sausage, 1/4 c. of barbeque sauce, egg, crackers italian seasoning, and season salt. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in loaf pan. Combine 1/2 c barbeque and brown sugar and pour over the top of loaf. Lay 3 strips of bacon across the top. Bake approximately 1 hour.
