3 tablespons butter-flavored spread softened ( I use Earth Balance from Whole Foods)
1 taspoon ground cinnamon divided
6 cups chopped Granny Smith apples (6to 8)
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9-by-9 inch pan with nonstick spray. In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, oats, pecans, brown sugar, buttery spread and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; mix with a fork until well combined.
In large bowl,combine apples, remaining 1/4 cup flour, raisins, sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; toss to combine. Transfer to prepared pan and top with oat mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
