     Cake-Banana Split

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup oleo or margarine, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 large bananas, sliced
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
large container of Cool Whip
1/4 cup Maraschino Cherries, well drained, cut in half
1 cup Walnuts, chopped (or nut of choice)

Crust instructions- Mix together graham crackers and oleo(margarine)(Not butter as it makes a hard crust) Pat into 13x9 inch cake pan. Set aside
1st layer- Beat together sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs and cream cheese for 20 minutes (Oh YES 20 minutes). After 20 minutes, spread over the graham cracker crust.
2nd layer- Slice 3 large bananas nad place them over the creamed mixture. 3rd layer-Spread drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
4th layer- Spread Cool Whip over pineapple. Top Layer- Place Maraschino Cherries evenly over Cool whip. Sprinkle nuts all over entire top of cake pan. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
